Founded in Australia, Mother’s Best is an Australian owned dog food brand focused on honest ingredients, balanced nutrition, and responsible sourcing.
Our Story
Mother’s Best was founded by Jacob, who grew up and built his career in the growing and processing of vegetables in a small town in East Gippsland, Victoria.
In the human food industry, quality standards are non-negotiable. Ingredients are traceable, processes are accountable, and shortcuts aren’t accepted. When Jacob looked at the Australian pet food industry through the same lens, he realised those same standards weren’t always applied.
Rather than accept the status quo, Mother’s Best was created to do things differently.
